Wildlife Photos from Around the World

By Judi Helsby

What a beautiful and peaceful country Bhutan is. There only seemed to be one main road and driving up into the mountains was certainly a challenge for our bus driver. Our bird guide was the wonderful Chubzang Tangbi who took us to some amazing places, always with his support team who set up breakfast and lunch en route in the most unexpected of places. The photos are of some of the must-see birds in Bhutan, often very difficult to see and photograph. Some photos had to be taken through the bus window.

Some real Himalayan specialities here Judi. Not seen many of them but they jolt my memory of 3 months birding in Nepal over 30 years ago!
