Bird Headquarters

The Pantanal is a very special place and home to many different birds and other wildlife. We visited during the drier season when access was possible by road. Each wetland area was full of wildlife – water birds, Caiman and Capybara in particular.

The amazing riverside town of Porto Jofre is where we took a small boat along the river in search of the elusive jaguar and also giant river otter – we’ll be lucky!! Did we see them – look at the photos below to find the answer.

  1. An intriguing discussion is worth comment. I do think that you should write more on this topic, it might not be a taboo subject but typically folks dont discuss these issues. To the next! All the best!!
